We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national data protection laws.

3. Website access data

When visiting this website, the hosting provider automatically collects technical information (e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL). This data is required to ensure the stability and security of the website.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. Waitlist & early access signup

If you sign up for the Fulviro waitlist or early access, we process the personal data you provide (typically your email address and, if supplied, your name).

  • inform you about product updates and launch progress
  • send early access or onboarding information
  • share relevant content related to Fulviro

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

5. Email communication (Brevo)

For email delivery and waitlist management we use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH). Your data is stored and processed on Brevo servers within the EU.

A data processing agreement (DPA) with Brevo is in place.

6. Analytics (PostHog) & cookies

We use PostHog (PostHog Inc.) to measure and improve the performance of our marketing pages (e.g. page views, interactions such as button clicks, and aggregated funnel steps).

Cookieless mode: PostHog is configured in a cookieless mode, meaning it does not store information in cookies or in local/session storage on your device for analytics purposes. We do not use tracking cookies on this website.

Data processed: For privacy-preserving audience measurement, technical data such as your IP address and user agent may be processed on PostHog servers to generate an irreversible hash for basic usage measurement. We do not use PostHog’s identify() function for this website analytics setup.

Processing location: We use PostHog’s EU endpoint (eu.i.posthog.com) so that data is processed in the EU region. PostHog is a provider headquartered outside the EU; where applicable, transfers are protected using appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used and improving our marketing and product communication).
